Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. 

All products sold by Texas Alpha Performance are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. Because research compounds are sensitive materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. 

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The products arrives damaged during transit
• The incorrect item was shipped

If an issue occurs, customers must contact me within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Requests after 24 hours will not be considered for review. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products that have been stored improperly
• Products purchased during promotions or sales
• Orders returned without prior authorization

Shipping Disclaimer

Texas Alpha Performance is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Research Use Only

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Products are not approved by the FDA
• Products are not intended for human or animal use
• Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices
• Products are purchased solely for research purposes
