Shipping policy

Texas Alpha Performance processes and ships orders Monday - Friday (Saturdays when applicable.) Excluding Sundays and holidays. All orders ship for $15 regardless of amount ordered.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or promotions.

Shipping Methods

We offer domestic shipping through FedEx with a typical 2-3 day delivery. We do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. It is then, the customers responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure availability to receive the shipment.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Texas Alpha Performance is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors
  • Delays caused by carrier routing or logistics issues
  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but not received
